They are seeking an experienced Automated QA Lead who can drive automated testing practices, strengthen quality standards, and contribute to delivering a world‑class mobile experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites to validate performance, stability, and reliability across large‑scale, high‑volume enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks that can support heavy regression cycles, parallel execution, and continuous delivery across multiple release streams.
• Drive end‑to‑end test planning, ensuring comprehensive coverage across mobile, backend services, integration layers, and enterprise platforms.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate system behavior under high concurrency, peak load, and large transaction volume scenarios.
• Manage test execution across concurrent projects, including test environment coordination, test data setup, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify, track, and manage defects using enterprise‑level test management tools (e.g., JIRA), ensuring timely triage and resolution.
• Continuously refine automation strategies, improve test design efficiency, and enforce quality engineering standards across teams.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote scalable automation best practices tailored for mission‑critical platforms.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure testability, system resilience, and enterprise‑grade quality.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of QA experience, with proven expertise in test automation for high‑traffic, high‑volume, or mission‑critical enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.
• Strong familiarity with scripting/testing using TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing strategies for distributed or large‑scale systems.
• Experience using enterprise‑grade test management and defect‑tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience working with or integrating into CI/CD environments such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in diagnosing issues under high load or complex system interactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills suitable for large corporate environments.
