We work to unlock new business capabilities ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies. a day in the life of an Associate Product Manager Delivery & Execution • Help to develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams • Engage in User Acceptance Testing of new features and functionality • Help to create and deliver content for end user training • Learn and follow principles of agile development Collaboration & Communication • Work with the product team to gather requirements for upcoming feature development • Conduct end user interviews to gather feedback and propose future enhancements • *Qualifications**: • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field • 0-2 years minimum work experience in a related disciple - Retail, Supply Chain, or Operations • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly • Interest in working collaboratively and building relationships with cross functional partners • Effective communication, and presentation skills • Organizational and time management skills • Self-directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful • *Must Haves**: • Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life. • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. • Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same. • Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
