Job Purpose: The Associate Compliance QA Director is responsible for quality oversight of vendor management program and represents QA in outwardly and business-facing capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create end-to-end vendor management lifecycle framework defining all aspects of a lifecycle program.
• Provide cross-functional vendor management QA oversight where required.
• IDentify, mitigate and resolve issues associated with vendor management using Quality Risk Management (QRM).
