Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Human Resources! In this role, as an HR leader for our Canadian Operations in Genpact, you will partner with business leaders to attract, engage and retain global talent to support business priorities and growth. HR function plays a critical role in Genpact owning to the business model and culture, and you will have a sound platform to make an impact. We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of people management to enable a high-performance culture. Responsibilities • Drive all activities pertaining to HR Resources within our Canadian entity including all regulatory and legal requirements in each of the provinces where Genpact has a presence. • Engage & work with key internal and external partners in C&B, Staffing, Shared Services, Finance, and Learning to provide HR support across the whole lifecycle of an employee. • Drive focus and progress on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement, learning, and cost. • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams. • Support onboarding and assimilation of new leaders and employees. Focus on ongoing engagement and identification of potential attrition risks. • Partner with leaders to identify critical roles and key talent. Institute plans to staff critical roles with key talent and develop talent. • Understand Sales variable incentive compensation and leverage it to motivate & reward talent. • Provide expertise and support to manage employee relations, including labor and employment concerns. • Implement change initiatives, as needed, related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies. Qualifications we seek in you!
