Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity and Compliance

• Strategic role in National and Public Sector Logistics • Innovation and Career Development About Our Client A strategic and mission-driven client specializing in integrated supply chain solutions for defense, healthcare, aviation, and public sector operations Job Description Cybersecurity Operations & Compliance • Lead assurance reviews and support automation of compliance processes. • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks. • Oversee security operations and incident response, including forensic investigations and threat resolution. • Deploy cybersecurity solutions and support stakeholders in maintaining secure environments. • Stay current with industry trends and recommend appropriate security controls. Risk Management & Application Security • Evaluate third-party vendor risks and enforce control implementation. • Act as a security gatekeeper for application development and penetration testing. • Maintain an accurate cyber risk register and ensure timely closure of identified vulnerabilities. The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related discipline • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Power Platform tools, and familiar with social media platforms • Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals and industry best practices • Capable of translating complex technical information into clear, non-technical language • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in communication • Highly self-driven and independent, with a proven ability to take initiative and own responsibilities • Effective multitasker who can manage various assignments as directed by leadership • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal What's on Offer Strategic role in National and Public Sector Logistics Innovation and Career Development
