• *Job Requirements**:
• *Education/Experience**:
- Bachelor, Master or PhD in STEM-related disciplines (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering), or mínimally 3 years of practical experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or data-related roles
• *Technical Proficiency**:
- Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques with strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and various machine learning libraries (e.g., Pandas, Polar, Retrieval, Embeddings, Transformers, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and frameworks (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation, LangChain)
- Some experience in developing and implementing Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions that includes fine-tuning LLMs for specific domains
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and visualisation techniques
- Familiar with cloud technologies, cloud-based environments and infrastructure (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS). Certification is a plus
- Familiar with databases for embeddings (e.g., NoSQL, VectorDB, GraphDB)
- Familiar with OCR technologies with a focus on PDF pre-processing, text extraction, and standardisation to ensure reliable outputs
- Familiar with CI/CD frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Airflow)
- Familiar with RestAPI frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Spring)
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

- Ability to work independently and also be a team player. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
