Parsons is looking for an accomplished **Architect Manager - Landscape **to join our team In this role you will get to **manage and coordinate development of the landscape design for a major project in Abu Dhabi and oversee its implementation.**
• *What You'll Be Doing**:
- Managing development of the detailed design of the landscaping and irrigation design to be prepared by the Contractor's appointed landscaping consultant.
- Coordinating development and approval of the landscaping design with the Client and approving authority.
- Reviewing technical submittals related to landscaping and irrigation works.
- Overseeing implementation of landscaping and irrigation works and managing activities of the landscaping team.
- Managing the approval and hand-over of the completed landscaping and irrigation works to the Municipality.
• *What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required.
- 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience. Professional registration is required.
- Ability to develop and enhance landscaping design proposals and effectively communicate with the Client and Approving authority a vision for implementation.
- Managerial and coordination skills for design development and implementation.
- Extensive knowledge of local requirements and the regulations pertaining to Landscaping Works within Abu Dhabi.

- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English.
- A team player with the ability to effectively and proactively coordinate landscaping requirement with other engineering disciplines
