• He/ She will manage the architectural design from FEED studies, during CFT of the EPCIC tender, during EPCIC phase up to transfer to Operations. • For development of HSE culture on the Package through all phases of EPC, including both onshore and specifically offshore • Providing inputs for the optimal design and layout of new living quarters. during FEED and EPC phase with the respective Contractors • To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other HSE procedures in all activities, • To carry out work in compliance with values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed priorities and objectives, standards and procedures and good industry practices, • To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality, • To assist define the Package LOP budget and Work Time Schedule with objective to reduce the costs and optimize the duration and to ensure compliance with these up to Project Close-out, • To keep management regularly and properly informed on Package schedule with forecast for the Project completion through an efficient reporting system, • To define the Project contracting strategy and procurement (LLI) strategies if applicable, • To assist in launch of tenders from preparation of contracting strategy, CFT and bid evaluations including assistance to the technical and commercial analysis of offers for contractor selection • To assist Package Lead/ Head to compile dossier and make presentation to obtain all necessary internal (validation committees TIF, TAC, CPC, CPAC) and external (Shareholders) approvals for Project contract awards, • To ensure timely finalization of contractual documents and contract awards • To manage Detail Engineering and LQ Cabin progress including follow-up of engineering and vendor documentation reviews to ensure compliance with design dossier, SOR, Company specifications, Corporate standard and HSE regulation, international codes and classification society rules, • To ensure, in collaboration with Engineering Lead that engineering deliverables produced by contractors are properly assigned to and reviewed by appropriately qualified Project personnel within the specified time period, • To supervision, control, review and co-ordination of development in compliance with project specifications and procedures, specifications, with respect of cost, schedule and applicable level of quality and safety, • To encourage identification of any optimization / improvement in the design dossier to be implemented in the early stage of concept design, • To ensure that the design of the LQ meets all statutory host country and, where applicable, international requirements, • To ensure that contractor queries are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner, • To ensure implementation of the design change process, • To manage potential deviations from the referential with the Engineering Manager for final decision on whether to implement or not, • To assist HAZID/ HAZOP/ Project Technical reviews sessions with Contractors and vendors teams, ensure all necessary technical reviews are planned and executed, and actions closed out in a systematic manner, • To ensure engineering support to construction and commissioning teams until handover to operations, • To ensure close coordination within team on all engineering, constructability and operational matters, • Participate weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors, and call specific ad hoc meetings as required, • To ensure Company participation in equipment FAT, SAT and other inspections at site/vendor premises as required • To participate on follow up on the Project progress and risk reporting, • To issue timely reply to various correspondences and issue correspondences on company concerns as required, • To assist timely handover of completed projects to Operations, • To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors. • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in architecture. • Experience: 5 years' experience in architectural engineering • Experience within a project team within large multinational taskforce team environment, • Available for technical missions worldwide, • Language: Fluent English, • Computer literate, • leadership skills and good communication skills, • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment, • Good analytical skills, • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings. • Salary: • Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance • Work Schedule: • 8 Hours / 5 Days • Duration: • 31-Dec-2026, with possible extension • Location: • Qatar
