Job Summary:
Join our Business Technology team, where you will have the opportunity to revolutionize internal operations and user experiences through the integration of GenAI and intelligent automation across various departments. As a Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI, you will lead the development of GenAI-powered applications that enhance our global workforce's productivity and creativity. This role demands a mix of strong full-stack engineering capability, keen on AI deployment, and a passion for developing intuitive, effective user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop comprehensive GenAI applications, focusing on web UIs, API integrations, and backend logic.
• Employ frameworks and tools like LangChain and OpenAI to introduce LLM-based innovations.
• Uphold operational excellence in service deployment, emphasizing reliability and efficiency.
• Craft modern, responsive front-end solutions utilizing React or Vue, ensuring performance and AI trustworthiness.
• Design and manage a component library, facilitating easy GenAI feature integration across different teams.
Must-Have Skills:
• Profound expertise in React, including current patterns like hooks and context.
• Solid experience in TypeScript and state management tools such as Redux/Zustand/Jotai.
• Demonstrable ability in leading projects from conception to launch, focusing on scalable front-end architectures.
Industry Experience:
• A strong background in software engineering with at least 8 years in front-end development and 2 years in a senior or principal role.
• Proven experience in integrating AI capabilities into functional applications is highly advantageous.
