Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in analytics engineering or analytics-focused data roles.
• Expert SQL, solid Python.
• Strong experience in semantic data modeling, documentation, and ABAC on data products.
• 3+ years hands-on with dbt (models, macros, tests, exposures).
• Experience with Amazon Redshift (Serverless) and/or Athena.
• 5+ years designing data architectures using medallion architecture.
• Strong experience with Git Hub, CI/CD, YAML, Jinja.
• Proven ability in metric governance, change management, and stakeholder enablement.
