We are seeking an AI Developer/Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions for key business functions including Investment, Relationship Management, Risk, Operations, and Compliance. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will help translate business requirements into functional AI applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
This role offers exposure to a variety of AI projects, from intelligent automation and document processing to investment analytics and risk monitoring.
Duties & Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
• Assist in building AI-powered applications using LLMs and RAG pipelines under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the development and optimization of retrieval systems, including vector databases, embedding strategies, and semantic search capabilities.
• Implement and refine prompt engineering techniques to improve model accuracy, context understanding, and response quality.
• Help develop AI agents—tool-using LLM workflows that integrate with internal systems, knowledge bases, and external APIs to automate tasks and provide intelligent recommendations.
Full-Stack Development
• Contribute to building web applications with intuitive user interfaces that deliver AI capabilities to business users.
• Assist in developing APIs and microservices to support AI features and integrate with existing systems.
• Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and follow development best practices.
Data Management & Integration
• Support the development of data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and indexing content from internal and external sources.
• Work with various teams to understand data requirements and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
• Assist in integrating third-party APIs, market data feeds, and internal databases to enhance AI application capabilities.
Collaboration & Learning
• Partner with stakeholders in Investment, Relationship Management, Risk, Operations, and Compliance to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials to support adoption of AI-powered features.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices; share learnings with the team.
Key Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• AI/ML Technologies: Hands-on experience or strong academic projects involving LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), RAG architectures, vector databases, and frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
• Full-Stack Development: Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or similar) and back-end development (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
• Database Systems: Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL solutions.
Business Understanding
• Interest in financial services, investment management, or fintech; willingness to learn domain-specific concepts.
• Ability to understand business requirements and contribute to technical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
Soft Skills

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–4 years of professional experience in software development, AI/ML applications, or related projects.
