Description
The Lead Software Engineer at our Company will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and developing software solutions that support various business units including Sales, Marketing, and HR. The systems and software include CRM, Business Intelligence, and other strategic custom software applications. This position serves as the project lead for small to mid-sized projects and will be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. You will manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, design solutions, and write and review code.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, AJAX, JavaScript
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of related technologies such as WPF, HTML, CSS, Subversion, Hibernate, Spring
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy code for the Company’s technology platforms
• Plan and execute strategies to manage technical debt for legacy systems
• Serve as the subject matter expert on select technologies or platforms
• Guide software development for custom applications, CRM, and business intelligence projects
• Lead efforts to convert business requirements into functional designs and wireframes
• Architect and develop solutions for complex business challenges
• Triage and troubleshoot user issues; support user training and onboarding activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Significant and recent development experience
