Akkodis is seeking a AI Trainer for a Contract job with a client in New York, NY(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.
Rate Range: $60-65/Hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Role Overview
Seeking an AI Trainer for a large Financial Services client to help accelerate the delivery of newly developed learning modules focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAIs ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) to groups ranging from 1 to 30 participants.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to analysts on AI use cases tailored to their sector coverage and modeling needs.
• Design and deliver hands-on workshops, tutorials, and documentation on using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub integrations) for Excel, financial filings, and financial modeling.
• Develop and maintain a library of AI-powered templates and best practices.
• Facilitate learning focused on M365 Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences and learning environments.
• Provide feedback to improve training materials and learner experience.
• Collaborate with the team to explore and expand into new AI-related training areas.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAI ChatGPT.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading interactive sessions.
• Ability to go beyond the script, confidently demonstrate tools live, and answer questions on the fly.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital learning best practices.
Nice to Have Skills/Experience:
• Experience working in the education division
• Experience working with marketing and education/curriculum development groups/projects
• A proven curriculum/prompt portfolio
Top Must Have:
1. AI knowledge in ChatGPT, CoPilot and M365
2. All Microsoft applications
