As an AI Solutions Specialist within the Global Public Sector team, you will become an expert in Salesforce's AI solutions, responsible for designing, architecting, and showcasing cutting-edge Agentic AI offerings. You will leverage the Salesforce platform and a wide range of AI technologies to enhance services across government, education, and non-profits, driving automation and intelligent decision-making. Your focus will be on utilizing both structured and unstructured data to support Generative AI and Predictive AI applications, tailored to a variety of use cases for our Public Sector clients.
A vital part of your role will involve ensuring innovation aligns with regulatory standards. You will advocate for ethical AI usage by utilizing Salesforce's features, such as the Einstein Trust Layer, to comply with global regulations including FedRAMP, IL4/5/6, and GDPR. As a trusted advisor, your guidance will help clients to establish AI strategies that enhance efficiency, transparency, and equitable outcomes for every citizen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and demonstrate advanced Employee, Service, and other Agentforce Agents that can intelligently coordinate complex tasks across various public sector systems.
• Data Foundation & Grounding: Work with clients to discover foundational data-centric solutions using the Salesforce platform and Salesforce Data Cloud, facilitating reliable and effective AI applications.
• Trust & Governance Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on AI governance within the Salesforce ecosystem, including tools for the effective management and observability of AI applications.
• AI Workshops & Prototyping: Lead engaging workshops to develop prototypes and explore innovative AI solutions.
