As an AI Solutions Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming real-world challenges into scalable, impactful AI and Machine Learning solutions. Your expertise in machine learning and data analysis will empower you to work with diverse teams to address complex problems. Your key responsibilities will include: • Researching and evaluating new AI tools that enhance software development processes, including code assistants and automation frameworks. • Integrating AI tools into existing developer workflows and offering best practice recommendations. • Creating and maintaining internal prototypes or automation scripts using AI/ML APIs and frameworks. • Delivering engaging training sessions, demos, and creating documentation to ensure effective use of AI solutions across teams. • Monitoring the performance of AI tools, collecting user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Staying updated on industry advancements and sharing valuable insights with engineering leadership. • Collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements. • Ensuring compliance, security, and ethical standards are upheld in the use of AI systems within engineering operations. Please note that travel requirements for this position may vary based on business needs and client requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have: • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with contemporary AI tools for developers. • At least 3 years of programming experience, particularly in Python. • Experience in implementing or prototyping AI-driven automation or productivity tools for at least a year. • A proven ability to evaluate technical tools and communicate their benefits to non-technical stakeholders effectively. • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years without a degree). If you have an Associate's degree, at least 6 years of relevant work experience is required.
