We're Looking For an AI Solutions Analyst!
Are you passionate about turning cutting-edge AI into real-world impact? We’re looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to help shape the future of how our organization uses AI. As a founding member of our AI team, you’ll bridge technology and business, designing solutions that transform the way we work and deliver value to our members.
This is a role for a creative problem solver who can see both the big picture and the fine details—someone who loves asking the right questions, building practical solutions, and helping others understand and embrace new technology.
Location: This position can be hybrid out of our headquarters office in Irwindale, CA or 100% remote. This position is open to candidates residing in California, Nevada, Illinois, New Mexico, or Texas.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
• Spot high-impact AI opportunities across the business.
• Ask the tough questions to uncover root problems and shape innovative solutions.
• Map AI initiatives to strategic goals and demonstrate their value.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses that show real outcomes.
AI Solution Development
• Design and test creative prompt engineering strategies (Claude and similar LLMs).
• Partner with I.T. and cross-functional teams to bring AI integrations to life.
• Refine solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
• Document workflows and operating procedures for sustainable adoption.
Collaboration & Communication
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Lead workshops and training to drive AI adoption across teams.
• Gather business needs and turn them into actionable project plans.
Technical Integration
• Ensure AI tools work seamlessly with existing systems.
• Monitor performance and stay ahead of trends in AWS and cloud technologies.
What You Bring
Experience
• 3–5 years in analytical, problem-solving, or communication-driven roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects or demonstrated self-directed AI learning.
• Prompt engineering expertise with LLMs (Claude experience a plus).
• Experience writing business/functional requirements.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a field that shows strong analytical and communication skills (Business, English, Political Science, Philosophy, Psychology, Computer Science, or similar).
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (formal or self-taught).
• Interest in prompt engineering and applied LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud systems and API integrations.
• Ability to analyze data and build ROI models and business cases.
• Exceptional communication—can explain complex ideas simply.
• Creativity, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected hourly pay range for this role at Rize Federal Credit Union is $37.00 - $57.00.
Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
As part of the hiring process, candidates who receive a contingent offer will undergo a background investigation, which may include employment verification, credit review, criminal records search, Social Security verification, and government registry checks. Candidates must also meet eligibility requirements to be bonded under a fidelity bond.
