Key Responsibilities
• Conduct original research in various AI domains, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
• Design, implement, and evaluate novel AI algorithms and models to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research findings into production systems and products.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, contributing to the company's intellectual property.
• Prepare and present research findings through internal reports, external publications, and conferences.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives.
Required Skills
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI research and development (post-Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience).
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, including experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, publish findings, and contribute to the scientific community.
• Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex, ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
