Key Responsibilities AI/ML Development & Clinical Integration Design, develop, train, and validate AI/ML models for medical and clinical use cases including medical imaging, NLP for clinical notes, predictive analytics, and clinical research Collaborate with clinicians, clinical scientists, and biostatisticians to translate medical hypotheses into scalable technical solutions Implement robust model validation, testing, version control, and monitoring suitable for regulated healthcare environments Integrate AI models into clinical workflows with interpretable and actionable outputs Full-Stack Development for Medical Applications Backend: Build secure, high‑performance and compliant backend services, APIs (REST/GraphQL) and data processing engines using Python (FastAPI, Django), Node.js or similar, handling PHI/PII with strong access control and audit logging Frontend: Develop intuitive, responsive and accessible user interfaces for clinicians, researchers and patients using modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js), with UX that supports clinical decision‑making and workflow efficiency Data & Infrastructure Architect and manage databases for structured and unstructured medical data Work with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, EMR/EHR) Deploy applications on secure cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC Quality, Compliance & Lifecycle Management Develop software aligned with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and applicable GxP standards Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, HK/China/Singapore/Japan data protection laws) Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory submissions Establish CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps pipelines Participate in risk management and design control activities Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, Biomedical Sciences and Engineering, Bioinformatics or related fields 2+ years of full-stack development experience, with 1+ year in AI/ML production systems Experience handling regulated or sensitive data Strong Python and AI/ML ecosystem proficiency Experience with modern web frameworks, cloud platforms, and containerization Strong ethical awareness in healthcare software development Language: Good command of spoken English, plus strong Mandarin and Cantonese or Japanese to collaborate with clinicians, operations and partners Preferred Experience in healthcare, clinical, or medical research environments Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical ontologies Publications or demonstrable medical AI projects Experience with data de-identification and secure development environments What We Offer Opportunity to build impactful AI-driven healthcare solutions Collaborative environment with clinicians and researchers Competitive compensation and benefits Professional growth in medical AI and digital health How to Apply Please submit your resume, cover letter, and a link to your portfolio or GitHub (highlighting any relevant AI, medical or healthcare projects) to: (via CTgoodjobs Apply Now) #J-18808-Ljbffr
