Responsibilities Research and evaluate AI technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost productivity in garment manufacturing operations. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and assess their applicability to improve manufacturing processes. Conduct testing of AI techniques to develop systems for real-time quality control and defect detection in garment manufacturing. Lead research on visual inspection algorithms and other AI-based methods to ensure high product quality and minimize defects. Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives, including defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Identify AI opportunities, define project requirements, and implement solutions that align with business goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop AI and data solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in AI, machine learning, or data science roles. Prior experience in the garment manufacturing industry or with a focus on applying AI in manufacturing or supply chain environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical analysis tools is preferrable.
