We're looking for a strong AI backend engineer who lives and breathes AI. Our mission is to free administrative work from healthcare to make healthcare accessible to all. To do so, we're building a set of AI agents that help run large healthcare organizations autonomously.
We grew revenues 10x in 1 year.
This role requires a great deal of responsibilitiy and end-to-end ownership. We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding of backend systems like Python / Django and extensive experience with AI platforms and tools.
We have a combined 20 years experience building companies. The founder was one of the founding-engineers at YouTube, and later founded a ~$1b company in Silicon Valley. We're a small team of engineers, growth, marketing, and sales.
Experience with various AI coding tools is an absolute requirement.
What we're looking for
Expertise: 2+ years of experience working in AI with 5+ years of professional experience working with Python/Django or other backend systems. We're looking for someone who's worked in software engineering teams especially those who've worked in smaller teams with a lot of responsibility.
Tech Stack Familiarity: Strong understanding of AI tools and systems, API development, DRF, and database design. A strong understanding of various environments, for eg. a dockerized environment setup and devops. You should be able to handle all of this on your own. We're looking for a problem solver.
Ownership Mentality: Self-motivated and driven to see projects through to successful completion. You're a problem-solver at heart and you're willing to own the product develpment.
Team Player: You excel in a collaborative, small-team setting, actively participating and driving meaningful progress.
Passion for Building: A genuine interest in shaping and improving products and not just writing code.
