Role Overview:
ESAB Middle East is open to hiring AI Automation Engineering Intern to support the delivery of scalable business process automations and AI-enabled workflows across enterprise functions. The role focuses on improving efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
The intern will collaborate with teams including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product to automate approvals, data capture, notifications, reporting triggers, and system updates using Microsoft Power Platform and n8n, with embedded AI capabilities such as summarization, classification, and data extraction.
This is a hands-on role with structured guidance from senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Support process analysis, documentation, and requirements definition.
• Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate and/or n8n.
• Assist with integrations across SharePoint, email, forms, ERP/CRM, and internal systems.
• Support low-code apps and forms to improve data quality.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automations to ensure reliability.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiar with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, UiPath,Make)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and authentication.
• Familiarity with programming concepts and LLMs.
• Strong English communication skills.
Experience Requirements
• 0–2 years of relevant experience. Internship or project work is a plus.
• Experience or coursework in automation and AI.
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, or Dataverse)
