Role AI Agent Engineer Location North Chicago, IL (Onsite) Exp need 8+ years Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Strong programming skills (Python preferred). • Solid understanding of autonomous agents, decision-making systems, and advanced AI models. • Experience with big data tools and cloud computing platforms • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Roles & Responsibilities • Design and build AI agents with agentic capabilities, including goal-setting, self-reflection, and context adaptation. • Develop and deploy machine learning models that can operate autonomously. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic AI systems into existing products and workflows. • Conduct research into advanced AI architectures and agentic approaches. • Ensure ethical considerations are addressed in the development and deployment of AI solutions. • Evaluate system performance in dynamic and complex environments, recommending improvements. • Effective communication to bridge technical and business teams, and the ability to adapt to rapid technological changes.
