• *Description of Service**
Evolve the existing portfolio management function as the organization transitions to incorporating a new approach.
• *Primary Responsibilities**
- Advise and support the change on the following activities:
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation to align on and document the interim and desired states for the portfolio governance function
- Development of frameworks, and tools to enable effective portfolio governance and delivery
- Support shift to a results-oriented business model through outcome measurement and benefits tracking (OKRs) that aligns and cascades from enterprise strategy to delivery squads
- Support quarterly planning with portfolio leaders
- Aligning enterprise strategy to portfolio execution
• *Project Requirements**
- 2+ years in management consulting (workshop facilitation and content creation)
- 2+ years as a transformation, strategy consultant/advisor at an enterprise/portfolio level, including coaching senior leaders
• *Skills Required**:
- Experience in management consulting with a focus on organizational change and alignment
- Experience working to establish standards for new ways of working
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures to deliver value that fits the organizational context
- Consulting mindset, including structured thinking, result-orientation, and drive for impact
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptionally people-oriented
• *Assets**
- Portfolio management/governance experience
- Enterprise strategy development and/or alignment experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with Planview, Leankit
