A company is looking for an Agile Process Manager to lead and support multiple initiatives using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple software and application development projects using Agile frameworks
Run cross-functional processes and continuous improvement efforts with minimal supervision
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor project health, team velocity, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional application development projects
At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
Demonstrated ability to independently run initiatives in ambiguous environments
Strong technical fluency, including experience with CI / CD workflows and API interactions
