The Opportunity
In this strategic position, you will design, implement, integrate, and optimize Adobe Workfront solutions, serving as the primary technical and business authority. You'll work closely with client C-suite executives, advising them on transformative strategies and overseeing complex programs delivered on the Adobe platform suite.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Defining and implementing scalable Workfront solutions to enhance enterprise-level workflow management.
• Designing and managing integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems, utilizing leading practices.
• Streamlining processes using APIs and automation tools to improve user experience.
• Providing thought leadership on capabilities that leverage AI within Workfront solutions.
• Building strong, lasting client relationships and identifying new opportunities for value creation.
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing transformation initiatives.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Workfront implementation.
• Expertise in Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, or Adobe Firefly.
• Strong understanding of B2B or B2C marketing practices and technologies.
• Experience in marketing, customer-driven, growth projects across sectors such as technology or consumer products.
• Experience managing teams and project delivery.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time, domestically and internationally.
