Overview Job Description • Prepare and issue purchase and sales invoices, including customs and official sales documents. • Record daily financial transactions such as operating costs, rent, salaries, debit notes and credit notes. • Perform regular cash and bank reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis. • Maintain accurate records of financial data in the system. • Generate financial and accounting reports as required by management. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. • Excellent command of MS Office tools. • Practical knowledge of Pro-Data accounting software.
