We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable - Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract basis. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a confidential project over a period of approximately 3 to 6 weeks. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing accounts payable documentation.Responsibilities:• Update and maintain an Excel spreadsheet containing approximately 1,000 accounts payable and expense entries.• Match paper invoices and expense reports to corresponding spreadsheet entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.• Retrieve and organize physical files systematically from storage boxes.• Mark off verified invoices on the spreadsheet and scan supporting documentation as needed.• Ensure all accounts payable entries are accompanied by appropriate documentation.• Work collaboratively in an on-site office environment, utilizing available scanners and resources.• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to established procedures throughout the project.• Provide consistent and high-quality data entry support to ensure the project’s success.
