As an Account Director at Gatekeeper, you will be responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding high-value existing accounts. This strategic role requires a customer-centric approach to strengthen relationships, drive renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Expansion & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Gatekeeper solutions by understanding customer needs.
• Account Retention: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts to drive renewals.
• Customer Success & Professional Services Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Success & Professional Services team to ensure smooth onboarding and continued engagement.
