We’re seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for a major enterprise initiative: implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) as part of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modernization program.
What You’ll Do
• Drive agile practices and coach teams through the full ServiceNow IRM implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic GRC objectives.
What We’re Looking For
• Agile Expertise: 5+ years as a Scrum Master on enterprise-scale projects; strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• ServiceNow IRM Experience: Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow, especially IRM modules (risk management, issue management, controls testing, policy & compliance).
• GRC Knowledge: Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
• CSM, PSM, or ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience driving organizational change and Agile adoption.
