And they are looking for a CTO to lead them on this mystical journey and beyond

• Establishing and iterating on the technical vision for their product in collaboration with current client partners
• Leading on all technology decisions to ensure that they comply with regulations and are proactive for data protection and security.
• Defining and monitoring the metrics of quality, efficiency & excellence for the software engineering teams
• Establishing an inclusive and progressive culture for the software engineering function, as well as the wider company, together with the leadership team

• Proven experience managing high-performing software engineering teams
• An outstanding communicator who influences stakeholders at all levels.
• A desire and drive to work in a young and ambitious company, have “skin in the game” and make a lasting impact
• Previous FinTech experience
Additionally, they're ideally looking for someone who's happy to do 3 days a week in their London office.
