Previous experience in desktop support or technical support roles
Providing technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems.
Setting up and configuring new workstations and user accounts.
Maintaining an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
