Requirements & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field
2-3 Years of experience in the relevant field
Troubleshoot server issues, diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication ability
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Work experience in Oil/GAS field is a plus
