Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain IT systems/applications.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Participate in Agile SDLC processes, architecture design, and system documentation.
• Work with Java EE frameworks and low-code platforms (Mendix preferred).
• Guide junior colleagues and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of Agile Development experience.
• 3-5 years in systems analysis, design, and programming with Java EE frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts, etc.).
• Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
• Certifications in Java/Java EE preferred.
• Some project leadership experience is an advantage.
