Requirements
What do you need to be successful in this role?
• 2+ years experience as a back-end engineer
• Good understanding of Ruby, Ruby and Rails. You may substitute this experience with other languages such as Go, Python, etc., but as most of the back-end is written in Ruby, you must be comfortable with using Ruby
• Good level of understanding systems architecture, data structures, and design patterns
• Some experience in dealing SQL databases
• Intellectually curious and eager to take on new challenges
• Fast learning and being able to adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Motivation to learn digital forwarding and logistics concepts
• Good communication skills and ability to write technical documentation
必須条件
• バックエンドエンジニアとしての実務経験（2年以上）
• Ruby、Ruby on Railsの理解。他の言語（Go、Pythonなど）での経験でもよいですが、バックエンドのほとんどがRubyで書かれているため、Rubyの経験があると良い ・システムアーキテクチャ、データ構造、デザインパターンの十分な理解
• SQLデータベースの取り扱い経験 ・知的好奇心が旺盛で、新しい課題に挑戦する意欲があること
• 新しい技術を迅速に学び、そして適応する能力 ・自律的に作業し、効果的に時間を管理する能力
• ロジスティクス分野の概念を学ぶ意欲
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと技術文書を作成する能力
Preferred Experiences
What is good for you to have?
• Communication skills in Japanese, or the willingness to take on that challenge
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Experience with building platforms that incorporate cybersecurity requirements
• Full-stack or front-end experience (Javascript, React, Node.js, etc.)
