One of our well-established banking clients is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist( Corporate Office Exp.)
Length: 12 months renewal contract.
Location: Toronto, ON
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Essential Duties:
· Greeting clients
· Switchboard Calls
· Security pass management
· Setting Up Meeting Rooms – checking AV equipment
· Tracking of volumes and data entry tasks
· Scanning mail and insurance policies
· Handle the flow of people through the business and assist customers with meeting details and boardroom bookings
· Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
· Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
· Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
· Schedule meetings and events, working with customers in planning client meetings and retrieval of correct details
· Perform other duties on a large team of service associates as required: servery, administration duties, meeting room setup/take down
Requirements:
· Presence, polish, professional, personable
· Very positive/welcoming/Friendly
· Solid communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
· Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
· This role consists of traditional reception duties, answering and transferring calls, greeting clients
· light admin work
· Assisting with month end (meter reads, activity tracking for receptionist duty) will also be included.
· Computer skills are a must
· Multitasking
Qualifications:
• Minimum: High School Education
• Minimum: 1-2 years of Reception and Admin experience.
