Required Qualifications
1 Able to communicate technical concepts including presenting and whiteboarding
2 Ability to design and implement architectures within AWS utilizing Databricks
3 Hands on Experience writing Pyspark pipelines in Databricks
4 Minimum 5 7 years of experience with Python Spark and the Hadoop ecosystem
5 Experience with SQL and relational databases
6 Self starter motivated and good communication skills
7 Strong sense of ownership and driven to manage tasks to completion
8 A core strength in data engineering and not data science
Responsibilities
1 Provide thought leadership in the sphere of big data analytics
2 Define the target state architecture design assist in implementation and deployment
3 Integrate Databricks with AWS to support the architecture
