Company Description StrongTrak Inc is a startup company developing IoT devices for data collection. Role Description This is a part-time, temporary on-site role for an Embedded System Engineer located in the San Francisco East Bay Area, which could lead to full-time involvement upon appropriate company funding. The Embedded System Engineer will be initially responsible for testing and correcting embedded systems, including hardware and software components. The role may involve programming microcontrollers, implementing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and reliable products. EECS students would considered for an internship. Qualifications • Proficiency in Embedded Software development and Software Development • Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering and Electronics • Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and solutions • Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or in progress • Experience with hardware-software integration is a plus • Experience in LoRa/LoRaWAN is a plus • Strong communication and collaboration skills
