We are currently seeking a Web Analytics Analyst to join a dynamic Marketing & Communications (M&C) team within a leading healthcare organization. In this role, you will work closely with digital strategists, product teams, and content creators to enhance the digital experience and improve how audiences engage with essential services and care offerings. This is a unique opportunity to lead through insights—turning data into meaningful action, guiding strategic decisions, and helping shape the future of healthcare marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Report to the Senior Director of Marketing Measurement, Analytics, and Insights. • Act as a strategic thought partner to Analytics, Digital Experience, and Product teams by conducting data analyses, building reports, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations. • Monitor and report on key website performance indicators, including traffic trends, audience composition, and conversion rates. • Provide content performance insights to help enhance digital messaging and user engagement. • Respond to ad hoc web analytics inquiries from stakeholders across the M&C department. • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of web analytics data through proper taxonomy, tagging, and tracking practices. • Promote a hybrid service/self-service analytics model by educating stakeholders and supporting data fluency across teams. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or web analytics role. • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of web analytics technologies and implementation. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, impactful insights. • Ability to present findings with confidence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. • Familiarity with Paid, Earned, and Owned (PEO) digital channels. • Basic knowledge of relational databases, including concepts such as granularity, joins, keys, and data transformations. • Experience with Google Tag Manager and an understanding of basic web technologies is preferred.
