We're looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join a fast-moving, high-impact project focused on an automated application screening and intelligent scoring system. This is a long term contract with a high probability of extension or full-time conversion.
This is a key role for a developer with strong React + Next.js expertise, who thrives in agile environments and wants to contribute to building intuitive, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces.
What we're looking for:
• 3-5 years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in React + Next.js
• Experience consuming REST APIs and building responsive UIs
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand)
• Bonus: cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and backend knowledge
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
What you'll do:
• Develop and deploy the user-facing application for the automated screening system
• Collaborate with TA team, product managers, and backend developers
• Implement responsive and accessible interfaces
• Integrate with existing platforms including Greenhouse ATS
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation
