Duration: 1 year, approx 37 hrs/week Fully remote Rate: $35-45/hr Position Overview The Web Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective web strategies to enhance online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and data analytics to optimize web content and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance web presence. • Experience managing website projects: SEO initiatives, content updates, A/B testing content. • Create and manage content strategy to engage target audiences and drive traffic. • Analyze web performance using tools such as Google Analytics to inform strategy and decision-making. • Conduct user experience (UX) research and testing to improve website usability and effectiveness. • Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to maximize user engagement and sales. • Perform A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different web strategies and content. • Manage web projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. • Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility. • Stay updated with the latest web trends, technologies, and digital marketing strategies. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or a related role. • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics. • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred. • Proficiency in content management systems, especially WordPress. • Demonstrated ability in SEO and A/B testing methodologies. • Familiarity with user experience design principles and best practices. • Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
