Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Automotive Technology
Buffalo Grove, IL - Onsite 4 days/week
I'm partnering with a pioneering name in automotive performance technology to recruit a Staff Embedded Software Engineer for their highly talented R&D team in Buffalo Grove, IL.

What we're looking for:
• 10+ years of embedded C/C++ experience
• Strong systems-level design expertise
• Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, and real-world debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Ability to own architecture and low-level development independently
• Solid grasp of vehicle comms protocols (OBD-II, CAN, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable in a "fail fast", rapid prototyping environment
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset
This role is onsite 4 days per week in Buffalo Grove and offers a competitive salary ($140k-$170k), bonus potential, and full benefits package including PTO and 401(k) match.
