Overview
Pearson Carter are working with a client looking for a Systems Engineer with strong experience in .Net Development to join their growing technology team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting custom solutions that power our business operations - all while collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver meaningful system enhancements.
You'll work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with only a handful of in-person team days in Bristol each year.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain C plugins and custom components to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrated systems.
• Participate in system architecture planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
Salary and Benefits
• Up to £46,000
• Remote role
Location
The role is remote with the client's office based in Bristol (Travel to Bristol 3-4 times per year)
