Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI/LLM use cases across departments.
• Build internal tools (e.g., chatbots interfaces) to make knowledge easily accessible.
• Develop and implement a modern knowledge management system that breaks down silos.
• Improve onboarding experiences for traders and algorithm specialists with smart AI-supported processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in internal operations and propose tech-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, HR, and product teams.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with AI/LLM implementations in a business environment.
