Scrum Master (CI/CD/Mobile Development) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Coach Agile Practices: Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure effective implementation.
Track Progress: Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team by encouraging experimentation and learning.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions and report on progress.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Technical skills: Experience in Mobile / Web Development, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
