Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee planned deployments and work with the client and project leads and team members to execute the deployments.
• Coordinate and oversee planned deployments, including code releases, infrastructure patches, and upgrades.
• Execute the deployments as per planned.
• Ensure all change requests undergo comprehensive impact assessment (e.g., incident/service request linkage, commit review) and receive proper approvals.
• Minimise service disruption from changes and ensure robust rollback plans are in place.
• Align and communicate release plans with all relevant parties (Application, Infrastructure, Deployment teams) regarding deployment sequencing and dependencies (e.g., code tables, API onboarding).
Requirements
• Diploma holder with Microsoft 365 skills and 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
• Have some experiences in handling IT project coordination, user support, change requests etc
• Someone adaptable and willing to go the mile in learning and building up knowledge and capabilities.
