Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Relationship Manager (Property) located in Havelock. Our client is the leading Travel agency for luxury to all corners of the world.The role focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, providing excellent client service, and managing tour operations in line with the company’s standard procedures. This includes handling all aspects of bookings from various sources, servicing clients throughout their journey, and ensuring smooth coordination with the Finance team for operational and analytical needs. Post-trip follow-ups are essential to gather feedback and maintain client engagement, with insights shared with the product team. The role also includes supporting marketing activities when required.
Qualifications:
• O level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Travel agency, Airline Industry or Hospitality Industry
• Travel to at least 15 countries
