Your Responsibilities
• Adopt a user-centered perspective to create realistic data that meets actual AI usage needs.
• Utilize structured rubrics to effectively address user requirements.
• Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking the reasoning and problem-solving responses generated by large language models.
• Contribute to various projects based on your unique skills and expertise.
What We Seek
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently enrolled).
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to create advanced, professional-level prompts and assess intricate AI reasoning.
• Strong Writing Skills: Ability to convey clear, concise, and engaging explanations for decisions or critiques of responses.
• Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and the capability to evaluate the technical aspects of model outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in disciplines such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology.
• Prior experience in writing or editorial roles, such as content strategists, technical writers, or editors.
• A keen interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.
What We Offer

Enjoy a flexible work schedule with no set hours. You have control over your time commitment, with most contributors dedicating 5-10 hours per week, up to 40 hours from home.
