Job Description
The QA/QC Assistant-Production is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within the production department. This role ensures that all products meet the required standards and specifications before they are delivered to clients. The QA/QC Assistant will work closely with the production team, QA/QC Manager, and other stakeholders to maintain high-quality production processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and inspection reports.
The QA/QC Assistant will be responsible for:
• Performing routine quality checks on products at various stages of production.
• Assisting in the testing of materials and products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Documenting and reporting any quality issues or defects to the QA/QC Manager and production team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field, and previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment. They will also possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with production and QA/QC teams.
