• *Job Description**:
- Wipro Full Stride Cloud is seeking a business leader that can lead new business and sales efforts for our Australia business. Consultative selling experience on Digital and Cloud transformation starting with Cloud, Networking, Data Center, End User Services are required._
- _Identify market trends and corresponding Wipro solutions/offerings applicable to your assigned accounts._
- _ Activate network in the market to create sales opportunities._
- _ Lead and support sales teams in demand creation activities by attending customer or prospect meetings to present Wipro’s capabilities and delivery approach._
- _ Leverage and align with Partner organizations to bring solutions to our clients._
- _ Create end-to-end business solutions for proactive proposals and RFI/RFP responses. Lead customer meetings to understand the business context, IT landscape, business and technical requirements._
- _ Drive proposal presentation meetings with customers and prospects to present and discuss suggested solutions, including integrated pursuits that include multiple competency areas._
- _ Mobilize and oversee solutions and delivery teams, including participation in key project deliverables and client meetings._
- _ Interface with the Client Account Teams and the client to present the benefits and overall value proposition and solution._
- _ Define strategies based on market and competitor intelligence for the deal structure, create win themes, and identify relevant artifacts to support in winning the deal._
- _The ability to lead clients in defining their digital and cloud transformation journey, identifying opportunities for business, lead conversations and bring all the capability Wipro and Wipro Fullstride cloud to the market._
- _ Strong industry understanding and point of view of the associated impact of digital and cloud _
- _Experience leading a team of sales and solutions experts. _
- _Experience targeting specific accounts or set of accounts in key industries_
- _ The ability to work well with Wipro internal account teams to define our account strategy and customer engagement approach_
- _ Subject matter expertise in multiple digital & cloud (AWS, Google, Azure etc.)
- a technologist approach_
- _ Demonstrated experience at breaking down the functional boundaries and leveraging cloud as a critical part of enabling a leaner, more agile digital organization._
- _ Experience in selling Unified Cloud Ops and helping customers transform their operating model from a traditional model to a multi-cloud / hybrid cloud leveraged business_
- _ Excellent communication skills & ability to deliver presentations, drive meetings and proposals. Develop long term valued relationships with clients._
- _ Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and work effectively in growth mode._
