• *Summary**
SAP Analytics Cloud is SAP’s strategic offering in the analytics portfolio and a cornerstone in SAP’s strategy for the intelligent enterprise. Enabling organizations to understand what is happening and plan across their entire business with analytics, predictive, and planning in one solution. This position is with the SAP Analytics Cloud Augmented BI and Enterprise Planning product management team. Our team is spread across Europe, North America, and Asia and is responsible for outbound and inbound product management. From driving SAP Analytics Cloud’s strategy to defining requirements and executing on them with engineering.
• *The Role**
This role requires a self-directed team player with business and technical acumen, ready to be a deep expert in the SAC product. In this role you would be working closely with product managers, UX, engineering, and QA to define requirements, plan releases, and support customers. Collaborating closely with product manager peers to create and maintain a backlog maximizing business value based on strategy and ROI. Ensuring requirements are elaborated fully and engineering teams always have adequate prepared tasks to execute on. Actively mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of releases. Plus, support our internal teams and customers to understand new features and releases. Assisting product managers and other teams to present features, create webinars, and run workshops at events for our customers.
• *Role Requirements**
- Minimum of 7 years in a B2B environment as a product manager or product owner.
- Strong Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI and Planning related software.
- Domain knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise planning.
- Strength in grooming backlogs and elaborate requirements to a successful definition of ready.
- Expertise in supporting sprints and delivering releases.
- Technical and business acumen.
- Ability to work with engineers, QA, UX, and product managers as a strong team player.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment with a growth mindset and bias for action.
- Work effectively in a diverse global team environment with complex products and projects. Including having humility and being open to giving and receiving feedback.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Engage with customers to resolve issues as a last line of support
- Assist in facilitating workshops at customer events and creating enablement content.
- Strong hands-on mindset.
- University degree in engineering/computer science or business administration.
- International business experience is preferable.
- Deep expertise in analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise planning and the business processes in those areas (e.g. Finance, Workforce, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Knowledge of machine learning is preferable.

- Location preference is Vancouver, Canada but open to SAP locations throughout North America.
